I know Radio Australia, no longer issue QSL anymore, but I did send a reception report, this morning. Radio Australia transmitted from Shepparton was received on March 28, 2016 under poor conditions.
Radio Australia was monitored from 11.45 AM - 12.00 PM. Reception on 9580 kHz.
Reception Report was sent through ABC web site. Email verification received following day.
